By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Brokerage Relationship Created

Using this Site does not create a broker-client relationship. Submitting a form, requesting information, or communicating with us through the Site does not make us your agent and does not obligate either of us to proceed.

A brokerage relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by you and Start Living Realty.

Texas law requires us to provide you with the Texas Real Estate Commission's Information About Brokerage Services notice at the time of first substantive communication. That notice is available in the footer of this Site and will be provided to you directly.
