Start Living Realty ("Start Living Realty," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage operating as a d/b/a of Vivo Realty, LLC, Texas Real Estate Commission Broker License #9000791. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit startlivingre.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit a contact form, request a home valuation, inquire about a property, sign up for our newsletter, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email, we may collect:

3. Text Messages and Calls
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Start Living Realty and our agents at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, regarding your inquiry and our real estate services.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent us from contacting you about an active transaction.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site.
We may use analytics and advertising services, which may include:
Google Analytics — website traffic and usage measurement
Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and audience building
Google Ads conversion tracking — advertising measurement

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
5. Property Search and Listing Data
Property listing information displayed on or through the Site is provided by our multiple listing service and is subject to that service's rules and terms of use. Listing data is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties.
If you create an account or save searches through our property search tools, the provider of those tools may collect and process your information under its own privacy policy.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may share your information with:
Our agents and staff, so they can respond to your inquiry and provide services
Service providers who operate our business on our behalf — including our customer relationship management platform, website host, email and text messaging providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms
Transaction participants, such as title companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, photographers, and cooperating brokers, where necessary to complete a transaction you have engaged us for
Referral partners, where you have asked to be connected to a service provider or where a referral arrangement applies
Legal and regulatory recipients, including the Texas Real Estate Commission, courts, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our rights
A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Some advertising and analytics sharing may be considered "targeted advertising" or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws. See Section 8 for your rights.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide services, and afterward as required by Texas real estate recordkeeping rules, tax law, and our legitimate business needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
Request deletion of your personal data
Obtain a portable copy of your personal data
Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects
Texas residents: The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act provides these rights to Texas consumers. To exercise them, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time period required by law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to websites we do not control, including property portals, lender sites, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
